As long as you don’t leave it on for too long and have it adjusted to the right brightness for your situation, you will not be disappointed in this light. They hold up for years as I’ve been running one for at least 2 years straight and have multiple throughout my fish room. Grow plants like a champ, shows great colors on the fish, and won’t give up on you, what more could you ask for? Especially for the cost.
