I have them at 75%. They grow everything and have a great color and shimmer. I have both LPS and SPS showing good growth since I've added these lights. For reference my tank is 24” tall and 4’ long. I keep 2 of these lights about 8” above the water. There are slight shadows in the middle so at 4’ a tank could probably use a third light. The app does its job and has decent presets and the lights just work. The only downside is some features in the app are buggy and it’s missing the ability to tweak preset settings after selecting. Best lights in this price category.
